Creating an FBA shipment plan correctly in Seller Central is essential to getting your inventory accepted at Amazon's fulfillment centers. Here's the complete step-by-step workflow.

Step 1: Go to Manage FBA Inventory

Log into Seller Central > Inventory > Manage FBA Inventory. Select the products you want to send to Amazon and click "Send/Replenish Inventory."

Step 2: Set Ship-From Address

Enter your prep center's address — or if using QuickShipment, enter: 950 Ridge Rd STE D11, Claymont, DE 19703. This tells Amazon where the inventory is shipping from.

Step 3: Choose Packing Type

  • Individual products: Each unit is packed separately and quantities entered per SKU
  • Case-packed products: All units in a carton are the same ASIN, with a consistent number per case

Step 4: Set Prep Instructions

For each product, Amazon will specify prep requirements (labeling, poly-bagging, etc.). You can designate "Amazon" or "Merchant" as the preparer. If using QuickShipment, select "Merchant."

Step 5: Review and Confirm

Review quantities, verify prep instructions, and proceed to review. Amazon will assign fulfillment centers and generate your shipment ID and carton labels.

💡 QuickShipment creates shipment plans on your behalf as part of our full prep service. Just send us your inventory — we handle Seller Central setup, label generation, and shipping to Amazon.
