Restricted & Prohibited Products
Before you ship, check your product against this list. Some categories we cannot accept at all. Others we can handle once we have seen the paperwork. If your product is not listed, ask us — that is faster than a rejected delivery.
We cannot accept these
These are refused at the dock. If they arrive without notice we will hold the shipment and contact you, and return or disposal costs fall to you.

Controlled substances, cannabis and CBD
Prescription medication, controlled substances, cannabis, THC and CBD products in any concentration, including hemp-derived.

Counterfeit, stolen or recalled goods
Replica branded goods, items infringing a trademark or copyright, stolen property and products under an active safety recall.
These need prior approval
We can often handle these — but only after we have reviewed the paperwork. Send us the details before your supplier dispatches anything.

Dietary supplements, vitamins, protein powders, herbal products and anything intended for ingestion.

Oversized and heavy items
Single units over 50 lb (23 kg) or longer than 60 in (152 cm).
Aerosols and pressurised containers
Spray cans, compressed air dusters and pressurised cosmetic products.
Age-restricted and adult products
Products requiring an age check at delivery or restricted by marketplace policy.
This list reflects what our Claymont facility is licensed and equipped for. It is not a summary of marketplace policy — Amazon, Walmart, eBay and others maintain their own restricted-product rules, which are stricter in places and change often. Meeting our requirements does not mean a marketplace will accept the product. Check both.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which products does QuickShipment not accept?
Hazardous materials classed as DOT hazmat, firearms, ammunition and weapon components, alcohol, tobacco and vaping products, controlled substances including cannabis and CBD, perishable, chilled or frozen goods, and anything counterfeit, stolen or under recall. These are refused on arrival rather than stored.
Which products need approval before shipping?
Lithium batteries and battery-powered devices, supplements, vitamins and ingestibles, cosmetics, skincare and personal care, medical devices and diagnostics, high-value goods, oversized and heavy items, aerosols and pressurised containers, and age-restricted or adult products. Send the details and we confirm in writing before you ship.
What happens if a restricted item arrives without approval?
We quarantine the unit and contact you the same business day. You can pay return freight or authorise disposal at $1.25 per unit. We do not forward it to a marketplace on your behalf.
Does clearing your list mean Amazon will accept the product?
No. Amazon, Walmart and eBay maintain their own restricted-product policies and those are stricter in places. Our list covers what our Claymont facility is licensed and equipped for. Check both before you buy inventory.
Not sure where your product falls?
Most questions take one message to settle. Tell us what you sell, send a product page or spec sheet, and we will confirm in writing before you ship a single unit. Checking costs you nothing; a refused delivery costs freight both ways.
