Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal data — and the rights you have over it.
QuickShipment ("we", "us", "our") is a fulfillment and warehousing service operated by SECA Group LLC, located at 950 Ridge Rd. STE D11, Claymont, Delaware 19703, United States.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. It applies to quickshipment.co and its subpages.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect:
| Field | Type | Required |
|---|---|---|
| First name | Identifying data | Yes |
| Last name | Identifying data | Yes |
| Email address | Contact data | Yes |
| Service of interest | Commercial preference | Optional |
| Message | Free text — may contain any data you choose to include | Yes |
If you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or phone, we receive whatever information you choose to share through those channels.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, or any other analytics or advertising tracker. We do not build user profiles and we do not run advertising on this site.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting purposes. These logs are not linked to form submissions.
Third-party resources embedded on our pages (fonts, map) receive your IP address as a technical necessity when your browser requests them. See section 4.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry — answering questions about our prep, storage, and fulfillment services
- To prepare a quotation — estimating pricing based on the volumes and services you describe
- To establish a business relationship — pre-contractual communication if you decide to become a customer
- To meet legal obligations — record-keeping required under Delaware and US federal law
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use website form data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately opt in.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Where GDPR (EU/EEA) or KVKK (Türkiye) applies to you, we process your data on these bases:
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Responding to your contact form enquiry | Consent — you tick the privacy checkbox before submitting |
| Pre-contractual discussions and quotations | Steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract |
| Server logs and security | Legitimate interest in operating a secure website |
| Legal record-keeping | Compliance with a legal obligation |
Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time — see section 10.
4. Third-Party Services
We keep third-party embedding to a minimum. All logos and images on this website are served from our own servers. The following services are used:
| Service | Purpose | What it receives | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Formspree | Delivers contact form submissions to our inbox | All form fields you submit, plus your IP address | United States |
| Google Maps (embedded map) | Shows our warehouse location | Your IP address; sets Google cookies | United States / global |
| Google Fonts | Loads the website typeface | Your IP address | United States / global |
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not control how they use technical data they receive.
Note on the embedded map: the Google Maps frame in our footer sets cookies from Google when the page loads. If you prefer to avoid this, you can block third-party cookies in your browser settings.
5. Cookies and Tracking
QuickShipment does not set its own tracking cookies on this website. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Two technical storage mechanisms are used:
- Session storage — if you click the EN/TR language button, your browser remembers that choice for the current session so the site does not redirect you automatically. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you close the tab.
- Third-party cookies — the embedded Google Map sets cookies controlled by Google, not by us.
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may prevent the embedded map from displaying.
6. Data Sharing
We share personal data only in these situations:
- Service providers — the processors listed in section 4, acting on our instructions
- Carriers and logistics partners — if you become a customer, shipping details are shared with FedEx, UPS, USPS, or freight partners as needed to deliver your goods
- Legal requirement — where disclosure is required by law, court order, or a valid request from a competent authority
- Business transfer — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same protections described here
We never sell, rent, or trade personal data.
7. International Transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers process data in the United States. If you contact us from the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, or Türkiye, your data is transferred outside your jurisdiction.
For visitors in the EU/EEA and UK, transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards offered by each provider (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable). For visitors in Türkiye, transfers are based on your explicit consent given when you submit the contact form.
8. Data Retention
| Data | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Contact form enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship | 24 months from last contact |
| Customer records and correspondence | Duration of the relationship, plus the statutory retention period afterwards |
| Server logs | Short-term, per our hosting provider’s standard configuration |
You may request earlier deletion — see section 10.
9. Security
This website is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled. We apply a Content Security Policy, restrict script execution to our own domain, and keep third-party embedding to a minimum.
Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it in order to respond. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our customer application at app.quickshipment.co is a separate system with its own login and access controls. Its data handling is governed by your service agreement with us.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or request restriction of processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal
- Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, email info@quickshipment.co. We respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. The "last updated" date below always shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.
