A US Forward Position Without a US Facility
Manufacturers usually come to us for one of two reasons: they want stock close to US buyers without leasing a building, or they are moving from selling containers to selling units and need someone to break the bulk.
Container in, whatever you need out
We unload containers, log the contents against your packing list and hold the stock. From there it can leave as pallets to a distributor, cases to a retailer, or single units to end customers — from the same inventory.
Break bulk without a US entity of your own
You do not need a warehouse lease or local staff to hold US stock. What you do need is an Importer of Record arrangement and a customs broker; we receive against whatever entry your broker files.
Kitting and light assembly on site
Retail-ready sets, display packs, multi-component kits. Standard bundles are $0.90 per unit; assembly-heavy work is $60.00 per hour, quoted from a sample before the run.
Delaware for the tax position
Inventory received and dispatched here is bought in a state with no sales tax. That is separate from federal import duty, which applies wherever your warehouse sits.

Can you break a container down into retail units?
Yes. We unload containers, log the contents against your packing list and hold the stock, then ship it out as pallets to a distributor, cases to a retailer or single units to end customers — from the same inventory.
Do you have a minimum order volume?
No. There is no minimum, no setup fee and no long-term contract. Sellers start with a hundred units and scale from there.
How quickly is inventory logged after it arrives?
Within 24 hours. Arrivals are photographed, counted against your packing list and posted to your dashboard, with any discrepancy reported the same business day.
What does it cost to send inventory to you?
Carton and parcel receiving is free, including logging and quantity verification. Pallet receiving is $25.00 per pallet and container unloading is quoted case by case.
Do I need to be a US company?
No. We work with sellers based inside and outside the United States. What matters is that you sell into the US market.
Can you handle more than one sales channel from the same stock?
Yes, and that is usually the reason to use us. One pool serves Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Etsy and WooCommerce, so you buy safety stock once rather than once per channel.
