Why QuickShipment exists

QuickShipment started from an observation that kept repeating itself: international ecommerce sellers were losing money twice. First on sales tax they never needed to pay, then again on prep services that took five to seven days to turn a shipment around.

Delaware is one of only five US states with no sales tax. That is not a loophole — it is state law, and it has been that way for decades. We built our operation in Claymont, Delaware specifically so that inventory flowing through our warehouse is purchased in a tax-free state, and so that East Coast logistics put shipments within two to three days of most of the country.

Today we serve sellers from more than 40 countries. A large share of them had never set foot in the United States before working with us.

What we actually do

How we work

We are deliberately built around a few operating principles, because most of the problems sellers bring to us come from the opposite of these:

• No minimums. You can start with a single unit. We would rather grow with a seller than filter them out at the door.
• No long-term contracts. Volume discounts apply automatically as you scale — there is nothing to negotiate and nothing to lock into.
• A named account manager. Not a ticket queue. The person who answers you knows your inventory and your channels.
• We catch mistakes before Amazon does. The single most common reason shipments get rejected is incorrect label placement. We check every unit before it leaves the building.

Our facility

Our warehouse is at 950 Ridge Rd. STE D11, Claymont, Delaware 19703 — roughly 30 minutes from Philadelphia and within a two to three day ground transit of most of the United States. The facility is monitored around the clock and operates seven days a week, even though our office hours are Monday to Friday.

We accept inbound freight from any origin: parcel carriers, LTL, FTL and full container loads. Sellers routinely ship to us directly from manufacturers in China, Türkiye, the UK and Mexico without ever handling the goods themselves.

Working with us

There is no onboarding call required and no setup fee. Create an account, connect your store, and send inventory to our Delaware address. Most integrations take under fifteen minutes. If you would rather talk to a person first, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us — we usually reply within two hours, including weekends.
