Ecommerce Fulfillment Delaware — Multi-Channel DTC Shipping & 0% Tax
Scale your DTC ecommerce business from Delaware. QuickShipment handles Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Amazon FBM fulfillment with 24-hour processing and 0% Delaware sales tax.
Multi-Channel Ecommerce Fulfillment
QuickShipment's ecommerce fulfillment service supports every major selling platform from a single inventory pool at our Claymont, Delaware warehouse. Sell on Shopify, Amazon FBM, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and WooCommerce simultaneously — we sync orders from all channels and ship each one within 24 hours of receipt.
The Delaware DTC Advantage
DTC brands fulfilling from high-tax states pay 6-9% sales tax on every inventory purchase. Delaware charges zero. This savings goes directly to your margin — or to reinvesting in product, marketing, and growth. East Coast location also means 2-day delivery to 85%+ of US customers, reducing cart abandonment and improving customer satisfaction.
Branded Fulfillment
We support branded unboxing experiences: your custom tissue paper, branded inserts, stickers, and packaging tape. Your customers receive a package that represents your brand, not ours. Custom packaging materials can be stored at our facility for use with every outgoing order.
What "Multi-Channel" Actually Means Operationally
Selling on three channels is easy. Fulfilling three channels from one inventory pool is the hard part, and it is where most DTC brands lose money without noticing.
The failure looks like this: stock split between FBA, a DTC warehouse and a marketplace buffer. Amazon runs dry during a promotion while three weeks of cover sits in the DTC pool. You cannot move it fast enough, so you either lose the sales or air-freight a top-up.
One pool fixes that. The same shelf replenishes FBA, ships your Shopify orders and covers Walmart or eBay — and you can shift units toward whichever channel is selling this week.
Order Fulfilment Pricing
| Billable weight | Price per order |
|---|---|
| 0 – 1.00 lb | $3.00 |
| 1.01 – 10.00 lb | $5.00 |
| 10.01 – 25.00 lb | $7.50 |
| 25.01 – 50.00 lb | $10.00 |
| Additional item, same order | +$0.75 |
Billable weight is the greater of actual and dimensional weight — large light items bill on volume. Storage is separate, from $5.00 per pallet per day tiered down to $2.00, or $5.00 per cubic foot per month for cartons.
Branded Packing Is Where DTC Differs
On a marketplace the box is generic and nobody minds. On your own store the unboxing is part of the product, and it is one of the few things that turns a first-time buyer into a repeat one.
We handle branded mailers and boxes, tissue and wrap, insert cards and promotional slips, and sample or gift additions, at $60 per hour quoted against the actual work.
Specify it once, properly: write down what goes in, photograph the finished pack, and make that photo the reference. Verbal instructions drift over months and staff changes; a photo does not.
Delivery Speed and the Checkout
A customer comparing your store to a Prime listing is comparing delivery dates before they compare products. If your estimate says a week and the alternative says Tuesday, you lost on a field shown above the fold.
From Claymont, Delaware, ground transit reaches most of the US population in two to three days. That is the same window that makes marketplace delivery promises work — without paying for air.
Returns Belong in the Same Place
DTC return rates are usually lower than marketplace rates, but the customer relationship is worth more, so a slow refund costs more than the item does.
Returns processing runs at $5.00 per unit including inspection and a photo report. Because the returns come back to the same warehouse that holds your stock, a sellable unit goes straight back onto the shelf rather than sitting in a pile somewhere waiting for a decision.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does ecommerce fulfillment cost?
From $3.00 per order for items under 1 lb, rising to $10.00 for 25–50 lb, with additional items in the same order at $0.75. Storage is billed separately.
Can one warehouse serve my store and Amazon FBA?
Yes, and that is the main reason to use one. A single pool replenishes FBA and ships DTC orders, so you hold one safety stock instead of several.
Do you do custom branded packaging?
Yes — branded mailers, tissue, insert cards and gift additions at $60 per hour, quoted against the actual work.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders are picked and dispatched same or next business day. Ground transit from Delaware reaches most of the US in two to three days.
Do you handle returns as well?
Yes. Returns processing is $5.00 per unit including inspection and photo report, and sellable units go straight back into your stock.
