Professional repackaging at QuickShipment's Delaware facility. Restore damaged returns to sellable condition, prep supplier shipments for FBA, and create branded packaging. From $0.75/unit.
Repackaging is needed in three primary scenarios: returned product with damaged outer packaging (torn, crushed, or missing box) but a functional product inside; supplier packaging that doesn't meet Amazon FBA requirements (wrong material, no barcode, insufficient cushioning); and DTC brands applying custom branded packaging for premium unboxing experiences. In all three cases, QuickShipment can handle the repackaging within 24 hours of receiving your inventory.
Every repackaging job follows our documented workflow: receive and inspect the unit, photograph original and any damaged packaging, clean the product surface if needed, transfer to replacement packaging (poly bag, plain brown box, or your branded materials), apply new FNSKU label and any required compliance labels, quality check the completed unit for presentation and scan readiness, and log in the dashboard with "repackaged" status. Rush jobs can be completed same-day.
When repackaging for FBA, replacement packaging must meet Amazon's standards: protective enough to withstand the FC induction and shelving process, must not misrepresent the product, must include FNSKU barcode with all other barcodes covered, and must be sealed if the original was sealed. Our team is trained on Amazon FBA packaging requirements — we catch compliance issues before they reach Amazon.
DTC brands use our repackaging station to insert branded tissue paper, thank-you cards, promotional inserts, and sticker seals into every outgoing order — even when the product itself ships in a plain box. Your branded materials are stored at our Delaware facility and applied during pick-pack operations at no additional handling charge beyond the repackaging fee.
Basic repackaging (poly bag with FNSKU label): $0.75/unit. Standard box repackaging: $1.50–$2.00/unit. Complex multi-component assembly: quoted by project. Custom branded repackaging (with inserts and branded materials): $2.00–$4.00/unit depending on complexity.
